You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with tags attached
In original packaging (if applicable)
Items Not Eligible for Return
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or personalized products
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at 21sw.society@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and a return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’ll gladly exchange it if the item is in stock. If not, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
